Hello everyone!
I've got a 1 RK apartment at Lower Parel and looking out for a flatmate.
Expenses (in total)
- Rent: 14.5K
- Deposit: 50K
- Brokerage as 1 month's rent applicable and negotiable too since I have got this from my dad's contact. Exact amount to be discussed while making the agreement.
- Token has been given already.
Possession:
1st of August or max by 1st Weekend - To be confirmed around 25th/26th July
Vicinity (in terms of walking time)
- Less than 5 mins from Lower Parel Railway Station.
- Around 10 mins from Lower Parel Mono Rail Station.
Amenities:
- Fan, AC & Geyser.
- There's a wifi router there, which most likely will be given for free with recharge till december.
- I have an induction stove of my own.
