- Chill vibe.
- Age under 28.
- Preferably a Night Owl, someone who doesn’t sleep early.
⁃ Preferably matching food habits. Existing tenants prefer low-oil protein-rich diet for enhanced fitness.
- Living room vibe in the house is aesthetic, music based vibe.
- Preferably a sports fan and if not then fine with flatmates watching late night games in the living room (e.g. Champions League)
- Should not be a nuisance to flatmates. Cleanliness and hygiene is a must in the house.
