Hey guys, really hustled to get this apartment in a beautiful gated society, #without a broker (no brokerage charge) and being a bachelor, so super proud of this...haha. There are 2 things I am primary looking for in my flatmates, vibe match and second is paying bills on time..😉
Let's get the important things out of the way:
1. 3 BHK, Esteem Royale Apartments, Kormangala 1st block
2. Rent including maintenance : 75k (25k/person) and Deposit : 3.5 lakh (1.16 lakh/person)
3. Additional costs would include setting up the hall + kitchen. An approx evaluation if we rent the sofa+ dining tables+fridge+WM =Rs.1228/person + Rs. 1879/person (one time deposit fully refundable). We will have kitchen setup costs like stove, washing tray, gas, etc (we can discuss on this together). Including only the setup elements here, you might be aware of the running costs like maid + water + electricity + wifi
4. I have a cat, so please approach only if you are comfortable, honestly cats are too easy unless you have a strong fear of them. The only functional things would be to keep main door and balconies closed (net doors only) as he might get out. Your rooms ofcause is your own space, but other spaces he will be there, so please decide accordingly, don't want this to be an issue later..🙂
5. Move-in date 20th Sep, but please try finalizing max till end of Aug, so that we are sorted.
6. 11 months rental agreement, if you are leaving mid-way you need to find a replacement for yourself.
On the vibe match bit, hope you are responsible, open minded, value cleanliness, and want to create a happy place for all of us to live a slightly better life..🙂 and a sense of humour is always a plus..haha. Our owner honestly is a super chill and a great guy, he respects us having our own space and life, but expects you to not create disturbances & nuisance of any sorts for others living in the building..🙂
