My friend and his colleague are looking for a third chill male flatmate to share a non-master bedroom (double occupancy) in an unfurnished 2-BHK (775 sq ft). The flat is on the 16th floor and is very well-ventilated. The flat is newly constructed and the society is still under construction so, the amenities are not available as of now, it may take 5-6 months or more to complete.

Rent – 8.5k ; Total Rent - 26k
Deposit- 30k; Total Deposit – 1 Lakh
No Brokerage (This will be paid by my friend)
Mandatory Rental Agreement – 11 months (Additional Charges)
