I am helping my COUSIN SISTER look for a FEMALE flatmate/flatmates for a very spacious, well ventilated and semi furnished 2 BHK apartment in Victoria layout (near Richmond road) it's very close to MG road, Churchstreet, etc.
Rent: ₹30k (₹15k each) including maintenance charges. Rent is NEGOTIABLE.
Deposit: ₹2 lakhs (₹1 lakh per person). It is NEGOTIABLE as well.
Brokerage: ₹30k (₹15k each) i.e. 1 month’s rent
(The house is very spacious so you can even share it with another person to reduce the rent if you'd like)
The electricity and other charges will be shared and there are NO RESTRICTIONS.
